Thank you for purchasing from Editables. We want our customers to have an excellent experience with us. Like any online purchase, the following terms apply to our refund policy. By purchasing any service or product from our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation and Refund for Our Products

Due to the instant access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that special circumstances may occur. Therefore, we honour refund requests for the following reasons:

  1. Specific Digital Product Conditions

    • Certain digital products may include a satisfaction guarantee explicitly stated on their product page. If such a guarantee is offered and you are not satisfied, you may claim a refund in accordance with the guarantee terms.

  2. Product Not as Described

    • Issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase. You must provide clear evidence that the product is not as described on our website. Complaints based on personal preferences or unmet expectations will not be honoured.

  3. Duplicate Payment

    • Refunds for duplicate payments made by the customer will be processed within 7 business days (to the original payment method or another convenient method).

Note: All refund requests will be processed within 7 days of approval and verification (conditions apply). Editables reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time and does not offer price protection.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges based on incompatibility with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) if the product is listed as compatible in its description. We do not guarantee full compatibility with third-party programs (including web hosting providers) and do not provide support for third-party applications.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@editables.net along with detailed and valid reasons for the request. Please ensure your request does not conflict with our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

Refund via Payment Gateway

When refunds are processed through a payment gateway, our responsibility is limited to approving the refund and initiating the process within 10 business days to the payment gateway provider. Editables is not responsible for any delays in crediting refunds to your account. All refund credits are managed by your bank or payment gateway provider, and any delays beyond our approval are between you and the bank/payment provider.
