You agree to pay the fees for the services you receive through the website and accept full responsibility for these fees and charges. Cancellation and Refunds Related to Our Products
Unfortunately, due to the instant access provided to digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be special circumstances due to the nature of the products we offer. Therefore, we honor refund requests for the following reasons:
Specific Digital Product Terms: Some digital products may explicitly mention a full or partial refund based on a satisfaction guarantee. (If we provide a satisfaction guarantee with our product and you are not satisfied, you can claim a refund.)
If the Product is Not as Described: Such issues must be reported within 7 days of the purchase date. Clear evidence must be provided that the product is not as described on the website. Complaints based on false expectations or personal wishes will not be honored.
Duplicate Payment: Refunds for duplicate payments made by the customer will be processed within 7 business days (according to the original payment method) or through a convenient source.
Note: All refund requests will be processed within 7 days of approval and verification (conditions apply). Amar Digital reserves the right to change the subscription price at any time and does not offer price protection.
Please note that we do not honor any refund/exchange requests based on incompatibility with third-party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) as long as the product description on the sales page indicates compatibility. We do not guarantee that our products will be fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web hosts), and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Refund requests are accepted within one week of the order at refund@editables.com. Please include details and valid reasons for requesting the refund with your request. Make sure that your request does not conflict with our Terms of Use/Privacy Policy.
Refunds through Payment Gateway
When it comes to refunds through a payment gateway, our sole responsibility will be to approve the refund and process it to the payment gateway vendors within 10 business days. Under no circumstances will Amar Digital be liable for any delay in crediting the refund. All refund amounts will be handled by the bank or payment gateway vendor, and any delay in crediting the refund will be between the user and the bank or payment gateway, without Amar Digital’s approval.
